**Expert Client Partnership Manager Opportunity**

As an experienced Expert Client Partnership Manager, you will join our multidisciplinary team in driving excellence in service delivery and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Effectively communicating key service delivery changes, outcomes, or expectations to ensure high-level service delivery and coordinating activities with broader teams.

- Ensuring client needs are effectively communicated to executive and service delivery staff to meet service delivery standards.

- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients through regular contact, collaborative case reviews, and face-to-face meetings.

- Assisting with complaint management, escalating as needed, and improving processes to prevent additional issues.

- Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement and encouraging this focus organisation-wide.

- Growing business with existing clients by identifying industry trends, innovations, and cross-pollination of account successes to drive performance.

Requirements

- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology.

- Registration with relevant professional bodies.

- Previous experience in a similar role.

- Strong communication skills.
