About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate last-mile transportation activities, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of goods to customers.
  • Work closely with carriers to optimize delivery routes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of delivery operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions to enhance delivery experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics, or other technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics, operations, and/or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions and building strong relationships with carriers and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
