About the Role
The Town of Victoria Park is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sports and Programs Duty Supervisors to join our casual recruitment pool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of team sports and facility bookings at our Leisure Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate in an unbiased and neutral manner, promoting the Centre's programs and values to the community.
- Act as the building warden and duty manager, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
- Work outside regular business hours (between 5.30am - 11pm) on a rotating roster dependent on demand.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and unsupervised.
- Sound judgment under pressure and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Current senior first aid certificate.
What We Offer
- $34.71 per hour (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation.
