We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to achieve targets and deliver results.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead the recruitment process, sourcing, interviewing, and securing placements for top-tier clients.
  • To build and maintain talent pools that meet client needs, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • To work closely with a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • To mentor junior consultants and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is preferred, but experience is more valuable.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruitment consultant or in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
