Healthcare Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to join our Consumer Partnerships and Experience team at Eastern Health. As the Manager Patient Feedback, you will be responsible for overseeing our patient and family feedback system, providing operational leadership for our Patient Relations Advisors, and partnering with Senior Leaders to deliver a timely response to patient feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work across a range of levels within a large and complex organisation
- Experience in managing and responding to complex consumer feedback
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field
- Sensitivity to the needs of culturally, linguistically and economically diverse communities, people with disabilities, and people and communities with differing points of view
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver required output on time
- Highly developed organisational, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work at both strategic and operational levels within a complex organisation
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure, both independently and within a team
- Capacity to consult and collaborate with others and work as an effective team member to deliver organisational outcomes
- Desire to utilise feedback to identify opportunities to improve the patient's experience of their healthcare
- Demonstrated capacity to 'live' the Eastern Health Values
