Main Responsibilities:- Manage incoming phone calls in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Provide a warm welcome to patients upon arrival at the front desk
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers efficiently
- Process patient invoices/receipts and Medicare rebates as required
- Update patient registration details accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
