Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) in the Department of Paediatric and Adolescent Oncology and Haematology, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery to relevant services or centres.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supporting MDT case conferences and clinical review meetings.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, compiling case lists and supporting documents, managing correspondence, generating custom reports to ensure compliance to MCC/MDT criteria and efficient communication between teams.
- Maintaining clinical data such as patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy in WebPAS for case validation, data entry, and compliance.
