**Clinical Governance Manager: Aged Care - Sydney**

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Governance Manager to lead our Residential Aged Care services in Sydney. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a vital role in driving business outcomes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team dedicated to quality and education;
  • Oversee the implementation of clinical governance practices and policies;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and safety;
  • Maintain accreditation standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
  • Clinical & quality experience in residential aged care homes;
  • High-level governance and risk management experience;
  • Demonstrated senior leadership and team management experience;
  • Excellent working knowledge of accreditation standards.
