The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering components within your discipline for assigned projects. Your expertise will support engineering and design efforts across diverse projects, spanning tender design and support, detailed design, documentation, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective design solutions for civil engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with design project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to engineering and design teams.
  • Analyze complex issues and develop feasible and practical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to design work.

Requirements

  • Recognized technical skills in civil engineering.
  • Experience in a consulting environment and in design and construct projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
