The Role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join our Brisbane office. As a key member of our civil design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including master planned land subdivisions and urban residential developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver civil engineering projects, including sewerage and water reticulation systems
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior designers to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the civil design team and mentor junior designers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a civil designer with local experience in SEQ projects
  • Specific experience in master planned land subdivisions and urban residential developments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Understanding of local government regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance requirements
  • Experience with civil design packages, 12D, and AutoCAD
