Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the overall management and oversight of a national commercial portfolio, leading a dedicated team to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning and protecting the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Facilitating resources, both in-house and outsourced, to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in property management
  • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail
