We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

About the Role:

  • Ensure compliance with National Law, National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
  • Lead, mentor and support a diverse team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, the community and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including rosters, enrolments and compliance documentation.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Lead the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) process to ensure ongoing improvement of the service.

To Succeed in This Role:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates.
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and regulations and law.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the early childhood sector (minimum 3 years experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
  • Experience in managing budgets, rosters and operational requirements (preferred).
