Job Title: Experienced Early Childhood Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our early learning service. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership style, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the team effectively.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet EYLF standards and support children's learning and development.
  • Oversee health, safety, wellbeing, and risk management across the service.
  • Act as the Responsible Person on site, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with families and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role and as a Nominated Supervisor.
  • Thorough knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and childhood legislation.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring skills.
