Product Visionary

Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and development to deliver business transformation and organisational value.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine a product roadmap aligned to the company's strategic objectives
  • Define the product vision and ensure it is consistently communicated to stakeholders
  • Ensure features are refined, scheduled and in priority order, managing the flow of work to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Communicate and gain endorsement for product roadmaps

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in product ownership or business analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with agile delivery
  • Must have had direct reports, requiring strong people leadership experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with Pega, AEM or similar products
