Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Partners with business performance, corporate advisory, structuring, wealth, and asset protection engagements.

The role involves managing end-to-end a designated client list, setting budgets and delivery timelines, and managing fees and requirements that fall outside of scope.

Supervising and coaching staff, as well as reviewing financial statements and tax returns, are also key aspects of the job.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, completed CA/CPA studies, and approximately 6+ years' experience in an Australian Chartered or CPA accounting firm.

Experience in managing client relationships, leading complex and diverse engagements, and a thorough understanding of tax issues such as Division 7A, GST, FBT, and self-managed superannuation funds are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, and completion of CA/CPA studies
  • 6+ years' experience in an Australian Chartered or CPA accounting firm
  • Experience in managing client relationships and leading complex engagements
  • Thorough understanding of tax issues
