Our organization is seeking an individual to fill the role of Financial Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry, coding of revenue and expenses, bank reconciliations, and sourcing approval on all expenses to be paid.

Key responsibilities include processing and sending reminders relating to expense submission, monthly invoicing, and client payments, as well as preparing weekly and monthly supplier payment runs for approval, reconciling supplier statements, and managing customer credit note processing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all aspects of accounts payable and receivable functions, excellent time and task management skills, and strong communication skills.

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office products, attention to detail, and a process-driven approach. The successful candidate will also be willing to learn new skills and advance their career within the company.
