To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A results-driven leadership style with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results.
  • The ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams through succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
