Remote Contracts Specialist
">This role involves overseeing the administration of contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions and maintaining accurate registers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tender strategies, procurement, and supply chain engagement.
">Responsibilities include preparing RFQ documentation, issuing purchase orders, onboarding vendors, reviewing progress claims, and issuing notifications for revised drawings or scope of works.
">The successful applicant will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position with a civil contractor. They will also have experience compiling quantity take-offs, bills of materials, and demonstrating the ability to understand, interpret, and administer contracts and subcontracts.
