Court Operations Manager

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority.
We determine in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues across the state. Our aim is to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services.
This leadership role manages all court operations and provides leadership to all staff employed within the court complex.
You will play a pivotal role in initiating, building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, providing high level authoritative advice to the judiciary, staff and court users.
Working collaboratively with the Senior Registrar, you will contribute to the Court's strategic planning and direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff in a complex judicial environment.
- Ensure all legal, quasi-judicial and administrative functions are provided in accordance with relevant jurisdictions.
- Manage registry functions, the maintenance and security of all court buildings and facilities.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Court services or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Victorian Courts and Tribunals or similar experience.
