Job Title: Groundsperson

Adelaide Airport is seeking a skilled Groundsperson to join our Facilities Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and reliability of the airport's grounds services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the maintenance and reliability of the airport's grounds services, including roads, runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, gardens, mains services, and civil infrastructure.
  • Implement the maintenance plan and optimize the use of financial resources within the Ground Services Section.
  • Work within and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures, including the Airport Emergency Response plan.
  • Operate and maintain civil and industrial plant and equipment, including experience with horticultural herbicides/chemicals and the ability to interpret technical drawings and data.
  • Meet airport driving requirements and maintain an aviation security clearance.
Requirements:
  • MR licence
  • Chainsaw Safety certificate
  • Loader licence
  • Forklift licence
  • Backhoe licence
  • Elevated Work Platform licence
  • Horticulture qualifications
