Renewable Energy Investing: Career Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:- Financial Modelling:
- Analyse and build complex financial models for internally developed BESS projects and portfolio/platform transactions, including equity and mezzanine structures.
- Project Finance:
- Support project finance transactions, lender cases, due diligence, structuring, and preparation of investment committee and Board papers.
- Investor Relations:
- Prepare investor-facing materials (teasers, IMs, pitch decks), evaluate financing options, and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and advisors.
- Business Development:
- Analyse M&A opportunities, partnerships, alternative growth options, and contribute to platform funding strategies and investment frameworks.
- Portfolio Management:
- Monitor portfolio and construction-stage asset performance, risks, and budgets.
We seek an experienced Investment Associate to join our team. Key requirements include:
- 3-6 years' experience in investment banking, infrastructure funds, project finance, corporate finance, or consulting.
- Strong financial modelling and transaction execution experience.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of BESS or energy infrastructure markets.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative mindset, and long-term outlook.
- Structured problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative attitude.
