Maternity and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Specialist

This role is responsible for providing leadership and ensuring high-level evidence-based physiotherapy care to maternity and pelvic health patients.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will manage a clinical caseload for Obstetrics and Gynaecology inpatients and outpatients safely and effectively, deliver clinical education to physiotherapy students, supervise junior staff and allied health assistants, and promote health independence as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Manage a clinical caseload with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
- Provide educational support to physiotherapy students and junior staff members.
- Lead and develop junior staff members through effective supervision and coaching.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives as part of the healthcare team.
- A strong background in women's and pelvic health physiotherapy with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in physiotherapy.
