About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Cranial and Spinal Technologies team at Medtronic Australia. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business and marketing plans to drive revenue and market share growth for our neurosurgical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead the marketing activities for the Midas Rex portfolio, including product launches and line extensions.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers to identify account-specific marketing needs and develop strategies to achieve account development objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and current customers to achieve growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory teams to bring products to market in an efficient manner and ensure compliance with TGA requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in creating and implementing marketing plans.
  • Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships throughout a customer organization, at all levels.
  • Valid driver's license required.
