About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to provide support to clients in their homes and communities. As a Community Support Worker, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including showering, bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Assist with therapy services and day centre activities
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals
Requirements
  • Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and respect client autonomy
