Key Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced and skilled bar and waitstaff to join our team in a busy Italian restaurant in Kew.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently as part of a small team, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

  • Bar Staff:
    • Assist with the preparation and serving of drinks and food
    • Manage cash handling and operate a Point of Sale system
  • Wait Staff:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction
    • Manage tables, take orders and serve food and beverages
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service at all times
Benefits and Working Conditions

This is a casual position offering:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $31.00 - $39.00 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling: Afternoon shift, Evening shift
  • Supplementary pay: Tips
  • Work authorisation: Australia (required)
  • Work location: In person
