About the Role

This position requires an individual with a passion for sourcing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing creative strategies to attract top talent, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies on a national level to address hard-to-fill roles, supporting the day-to-day recruitment function across the organisation, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that recruitment practices and processes are of the highest standard.
