Site Stock Controller

The Inventory Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing site inventory across multiple customers, ensuring stock integrity, compliance, and premium customer service.
- Leads and supervises inventory control processes including receipting, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Manages reporting functions such as out-of-stock, aged stock, credit returns, and product loss prevention.
- Develops and maintains operations manuals to ensure consistency in stock control procedures.
- Ensures accurate, auditable, and transparent stock transaction processes.
- Collaborates with operations and customer teams to meet service level agreements and objectives.
- Liaises with customer representatives for timely completion of stocktakes.
- Champions safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
- At least 12 months' experience in an inventory or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport processes, and stock management systems.
- Experience leading teams, delegating tasks, and supporting positive workplace culture.
- A solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and pallet management processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes.
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
