Sales Recruitment Lead

Smart Energy Group is a rapidly growing company that has revolutionized the Australian energy sector. As a Sales Recruitment Lead, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting top talent to join our National Sales team.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a team, with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates. You will work closely with our Sales Managers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet these requirements.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the recruitment process across 18 sales offices
- Overseeing the work of junior Sales Recruiters and providing guidance and support as needed
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment advertising campaigns
- Conducting phone interviews and arranging face-to-face interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Collecting feedback from interviewers and assisting new recruits in their onboarding process
In addition to your recruitment expertise, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates alike.
