Assistant Manager Opportunity

Join Catalina Club in seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to take on a leadership role within our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership potential who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and providing exceptional service.

As Assistant Manager, you will confidently step into this leadership role, supporting and encouraging our customer service team with the delivery of high-quality service throughout all areas of our club.

With exceptional service skills, proactive attitude, and natural ability to communicate effectively, you will create a fresh, positive work environment, leading service flow and performance standards.

The Assistant Manager will have strong alignment with our values and will report directly to the leadership team.

  • Welcome and engage with patrons throughout their experience
  • Facilitate high-quality standards of service, tend to patrons and exceed expectations
  • Support daily operations
  • Oversee the operation of the Club to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience
  • Maintain excellent service standards during shift, by leading with a hands-on approach
  • Supervise team members, encourage growth, teamwork, and service excellence
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional service throughout the Club
  • Encourage and support growth and excellence within our team
  • Coordinate and support entertainment activities to engage members and guests
  • Actively promote and build customer service standards to align with our vision of being a leading, enjoyable, quality, and inclusive destination
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and responsibilities
  • Responsibility for securing the Club premises and maintaining venue compliance requirements
  • Uphold and promote our commitment to being a Leading, enjoyable, quality and inclusive golfing and hospitality destination
