Position Overview

Clear Ventures is on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining our competitive edge in the market. You will collaborate with a skilled design team, focusing on crafting innovative hardware solutions for our upcoming product lines. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in circuit design tailored for consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Circuit Design and Development: Engineer and develop electronic circuits, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety across various consumer electronics. This includes producing comprehensive circuit schematics and PCB layouts.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse electronics design team to innovate new products. This may involve:
    1. Advanced Display Systems: Design and integrate complex RGB LED and OLED systems, ensuring clear and dependable visual output.
    2. User Interface Components: Create and refine components that enhance user interaction and control.
    3. Power Management: Engineer efficient power distribution systems to guarantee stable operation of all electronic components.
    4. Battery Solutions: Develop advanced battery management systems to optimize performance and safety.
    5. Wireless Communication: Implement Bluetooth functionality, ensuring reliable wireless connectivity.
    6. RF Circuit Design: Utilize RF principles to design and troubleshoot circuits, ensuring optimal performance of wireless components.
    7. PCB Design Expertise: Apply strong PCB layout skills for effective circuit board design, including routing and component placement.
    8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant industry standards and regulations, with a focus on safety and durability.
    9. Innovative Problem-Solving: Tackle complex engineering challenges, innovate in circuit design, and enhance overall product performance and reliability.
Desired Qualifications
  1. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required; a Master's degree (MS) is preferred.
  2. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electronics design, ideally for consumer products.
  3. Technical Proficiencies:
    1. Experience with Bluetooth technology.
    2. Familiarity with battery-operated devices is advantageous.
    3. Proven ability to design, prototype, and transition products to production, providing ongoing support.
    4. Strong PCB layout capabilities, including efficient routing and component placement.
    5. Proficiency in rapidly developing prototypes to validate designs.
    6. Basic firmware development skills to support designs.
    7. Experience collaborating with semiconductor manufacturers for component selection and validation.
  4. Interpersonal Skills:
    1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
