At Amazon Web Services, we're seeking a seasoned Manager to lead our Solutions Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and operating solutions built on cloud service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers.
  • Coach Solutions Architects to conduct technical sessions, transferring deep technical skills to customers.
  • In partnership with account management teams, formulate and execute a customer-focused strategy to drive adoption of AWS.
  • Guide the development of high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.

This role requires strong leadership and technical capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that help customers scale efficiently on AWS.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise IT application work experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
  • 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
