Job Title: Performance Marketing Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our performance marketing efforts. This is an ideal role for someone with hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video, and display to drive student acquisition outcomes.

This dynamic role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimising performance marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, analysing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive platform efficiency and best practice.
  • Support creative development with data-led recommendations and storytelling.
  • Enhance conversion rates across the student acquisition funnel.
About You:
  • 4-6+ years' experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, social, video, and display.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management, and ROI analysis.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in A/B testing, web campaign deployment, and creative planning.
