We're seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Optical Assistant. This role offers the perfect blend of customer service, optical expertise, and career development opportunities.

The Job
  • As an Optical Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and managing bookings to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

You'll work closely with our Optometrists to assist with patient care, including taking patients through the pre-testing phase of their eye exam. Your knowledge of optics and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be invaluable in this role.

  • You excel in fast-paced environments, are highly communicative, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
