Job Opportunity for Experienced Pharmacist Leader

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly skilled pharmacist to take on a senior role at a regional hospital, working as the Pharmacy Department Manager. The position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, managing a team of pharmacists, interns and technicians, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Pharmacy with current unrestricted registration as a pharmacist with the relevant authorities. They will also have relevant clinical experience within a hospital pharmacy and experience supervising staff and managing a service/team.

As the Pharmacy Department Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement activities, growing the pharmacy service through student programs, and improving clinical services and patient outcomes.
