Role Summary:
As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching individuals of all ages how to swim. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that makes a positive impact on the community.
- Deliver swimming lessons to various age groups;
- Assist with administrative tasks and support our team members as needed;
- Develop strong relationships with parents and guardians of children in your care.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards teaching and working with others;
- Ability to work with people of all ages and abilities, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, colleagues, and parents;
- Current AUSTSWIM qualifications, including Infant and Senior First Aid;
- A valid Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check.
