Job Summary

This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, reviewing and providing feedback to junior team members, and supporting administration tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily transactions for various industries.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process payroll and prepare Activity Statements, Payroll tax, and Superannuation.
  • Set up and maintain client accounting files.
  • Work with various accounts to ensure accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare month-end management reporting.
  • Train and review junior team members' work.
  • Liaise with clients.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a TAFE or Business College administration course.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Deadline-driven.
