Senior Financial Administrator

Job Summary
This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, reviewing and providing feedback to junior team members, and supporting administration tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily transactions for various industries.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and prepare Activity Statements, Payroll tax, and Superannuation.
- Set up and maintain client accounting files.
- Work with various accounts to ensure accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.
- Prepare month-end management reporting.
- Train and review junior team members' work.
- Liaise with clients.
Requirements:
- Completion of a TAFE or Business College administration course.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Deadline-driven.
