Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to head our ANZ Solutions Architecture team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and technical expertise, with experience in leading high-performing teams and developing strategic relationships with customers.

You will be responsible for coaching and enabling your team on best practices, solution selling, presentation, and speaking skills, as well as creating value-driven architectures.

Your responsibilities will include thought leadership, driving value creation for customers, shaping technical solutions, growing the team, and leading customer engagement and interaction at the Director and VP level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the ANZ Solutions Architecture team.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
  • Build and coach the team on conducting training sessions and transferring deep technical skills to customers.
  • Educate public sector customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions.
  • Guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.
  • Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
