Penetration Testing Leadership Role

Cybersecurity consultancies deliver high-impact work across enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure. We're seeking a highly skilled penetration tester to lead advanced testing engagements.

About the Engagement

As a penetration tester, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on a wide range of penetration testing engagements, including:

  • Internal and External Network Penetration Testing
  • Wireless Network Assessments
  • Cloud Security Assessments
  • Social Engineering (e.g. phishing, vishing, physical assessments)
  • Red Team Operations / Adversary Simulation
  • AI and ML System Penetration Testing

You'll work closely with clients, help shape testing strategies, and deliver meaningful results that help organisations strengthen their security posture.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience
  • Strong proficiency in offensive tooling, methodology, and manual exploitation techniques
  • Proven ability to deliver clear, well-structured reports with actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable engaging directly with clients and leading testing engagements from start to finish
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (OWASP ASVS, CVSS, NIST, ISO)
  • Credentials in Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or similar - essential
  • Experience with social engineering and red teaming is highly desirable
  • Exposure to AI/ML system testing or interest in emerging threat vectors is a plus
