Job Title: Primary Education Leader
This is a permanent executive leadership position that offers the opportunity to lead and develop high-performing teams in a school setting. The role involves championing student learning and engagement through evidence-based practice, driving innovation, improvement and change within a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with staff, students and families, uphold the values of the institution, and lead with wisdom, humility and faith. They will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Primary School, reporting to the Head of Campus and being part of both the Campus and College Executive Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model and embed a Christian worldview through leadership and teaching
- Lead and develop high-performing teams in a school setting
- Champion student learning and engagement through evidence-based practice
- Drive innovation, improvement and change within a collaborative environment
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders and build strong relationships
Requirements:
- A right to work in Australia
- Eligibility for VIT registration
Additional Information:
- The role commences January 2026
