The role of Manager, Compliance Operations involves a range of key responsibilities including:

  • Assessing and identifying compliance issues;
  • Developing strategies to improve compliance outcomes;
  • Leading the Compliance team in their duties.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in conducting compliance investigations, improving compliance programs and interpreting legislation. You will also have demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to prepare high-quality written documents.
