About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from various conditions. You will also supervise and guide team members, educate and support patients in their recovery journey, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care that meets the needs of patients with varying physical and emotional requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted registration with a relevant regulatory agency.
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a registered nurse in an acute setting.
- A degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
