Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environment Manager to drive structure and visibility across complex release schedules, refresh cycles, and environment bookings.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading environment planning, scheduling, and allocation across program workstreams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage connectivity requirements between systems.
  • Coordinate and govern environment booking processes, ensuring fairness and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the release process into test environments, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed environment refresh schedules and support data coordination across teams.

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT program delivery, ideally within large-scale transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous, especially when dealing with environment dependencies, and data refresh processes.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills—able to manage across multiple streams and priorities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Able to understand complex environment dependencies without needing to perform hands-on technical tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating structure and governance in dynamic, fast-paced program settings.
