We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Designer to lead our Land & Water team in delivering innovative urban development and infrastructure projects.

About the Role
  • 7-10 years of experience as a civil designer with expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or 12D design software.
  • Strong local knowledge of South East Queensland with a focus on earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewer, and water reticulation.
  • A proven track record of mentoring junior designers and engineers, meeting project timelines, and delivering high-quality designs that meet client requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor junior designers and engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced level skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or 12D design software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
