Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs to support injured employees in achieving successful outcomes and returning to work.
- Rehabilitation Services Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, employers, and healthcare professionals, to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
- Worksites Assessments: Conduct assessments of worksites and functionalities to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Return to Work Planning: Develop and implement Return to Work plans that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, employers, and healthcare professionals, to provide support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Competitive Salary: A salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.

- Travel Allowance: A travel allowance of up to $7,000.
