Rehabilitation Specialist

At IPAR, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional workplace rehabilitation services.
About the RoleThis is a diverse and challenging role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment. You'll be responsible for managing caseloads, developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs, and working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Case management and coordination
- Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaboration with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals
- Completion of assessments and evaluations
We're seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor with a strong qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, full membership with ASORC, and excellent communication and time management skills. You'll also need to be passionate about injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits, and have a desire to problem-solve and innovate.
