Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Care Delivery: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with various medical conditions, ensuring high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the medical team, maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant protocols.
  • Patient Monitoring and Triage: Triage and assessment of patient's vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare providers in a timely manner.
Administrative Tasks
  • Test Results Management: Manage abnormal test results, ensuring prompt attention and follow-up as necessary.
  • Patient Database Maintenance: Maintain the patient medical database, updating information accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including vaccine fridge temperature control.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Licensure and Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the relevant governing body.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a general medical or similar nursing role, demonstrating clinical skills and expertise.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
