The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled pharmacist to join our team as a Team Leader in the Maternity and Neonates Pharmacy department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing clinical pharmacy services to provide expertise in medication management within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services to provide expertise in medication management
- Support, guide and work alongside team members to provide a consistently safe, high-quality, efficient and effective service
- Coordinate daily workflow, staffing and priorities
- Support the training of pharmacy staff and students
- Ensure relevant key performance targets are met or exceeded
- Participate in research and quality improvement activities
About You
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced pharmacist with a proven track record in developing and implementing new services and assessing quality improvements. You will have a positive approach, be a role-model for others, and have a commitment to research, education and professional contribution.

Requirements
