Job Title: Business Analyst With Devops

We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst with strong commercial acumen to join our high-impact digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior BI developers to deliver end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide BAU support for existing BI reports and data models, ensuring data governance and quality.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder engagement, translating reporting needs into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches, driving report adoption through user training.
  • Support cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, process improvements, and data-informed decision making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, generating actionable insights and measurable impact from customer and commercial data.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts, with strong business judgment and commercial storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a highly analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic industry.
