">The Child and Families Health Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the child and family health team, ensuring excellent health outcomes for children and families by providing a child and family-centred and integrated service. This includes coordinating daily operations, assisting in planning, implementation, and organization of care aligned with the model, and overseeing daily operations of Child and Family Health services.
