Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our practice, ensuring the well-being of patients and allied health staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily practice operations, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and debt collections.
- Manage staff and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and generate P&L reports from Xero.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Represent the practice positively and promote business growth.
- Experience in managing a small team of professionals in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle delicate situations and manage conflict resolution.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
